‘The key turned in the lock and the door opened…’

The Library’s Literary Competition is back and is a great way to express yourself through words!

To enter, write a short story or poem using the above as your starter sentence or as inspiration for your work. Entries must be no longer than 1500 words.

The competition is open for entries to both students and staff until Friday 24th November. Entries will be judged and winners will receive a prize! Please submit your work via the Literary Competition upload form below (please log in with your college details). Alternatively, hand your work into the Library, along with a completed entry form.
